Cancellation policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

Full refund

• Cancel at least 30 days before your check-in date and receive a full 100% refund of what you paid.

Partial refund

• Cancel between 30 and 7 days before your check-in date and receive a 50% refund of every night's stay.

No refund

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before your check-in date are non-refundable.

A few notes

• All times are based on the local time of the property (Fiji time).
• if you booked through a third-party platform such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or Expedia, the cancellation terms shown at the time of that booking will apply.
• We recommend all guests arrange travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to your plans.
